Cancellation Policies
– Cancellation must be made a full 48 hours prior to the service, otherwise a penalty of 100% will be applied
– 95% refund if cancellation is made 48 hours or more prior to the service (5% charged to cover bank refund fees).
– No refunds for No shows.
– Customers will also receive a full refund, credit or re-schedule the activity in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Políticas de Cancelación:
– Cancelaciones debe realizarse con 48 horas de anticipación, si se recibe con menos horas aplica penalidad del 100%.
– El reintegro será un 95% del total del pago recibido, esto porque el banco realiza un cargo del 5% como tarifa por el tramite.
– No hay reintegro por no presentaciones a la actividad.
– Reintegro o re-programación en caso de que el tour operador cancele por condiciones climáticas no seguras para realizar la actividad.
