What Is the Cost of a Private Transfer?
The price of a private transfer depends on the specific route you are booking.
We offer competitive rates based on the type of vehicle assigned to your group size:
1 to 5 passengers – H1 Minibus (up to 12 seats)
6 to 10 passengers – Hiace Minibus (up to 16 seats)
11 to 20 passengers – Coaster Minibus (up to 29 seats)
All published rates are in US dollars (USD) and are subject to a 13% VAT (tax). Your confirmation will include the total price, including taxes.
The fare for private transfers applies per vehicle, not per person.

What are our transportation services' modification and cancellation policies?
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If a cancellation is requested with less notice, a 100% penalty will apply.
Refunds will amount to 95% of the total payment received, as banks charge a 5% processing fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
In the event of a cancellation on our part due to unsafe weather conditions, you may request a refund or reschedule.
Modification Policy
Date changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
If you need to modify your pick-up or drop-off location, and the new location is within the same general area, you may request the change on the same day.
All modification and cancellation requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.
Are There Any Luggage Restrictions?
Luggage is usually carried inside the minivan, maintaining your comfort.
